Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS): The Certified New Home Specialist training covers all aspects of working successfully with builders and new home buyers. Topics include builder/broker relations, market research, creative marketing strategies, on-site sales, customer service, architectural design, blueprint reading, site design, materials and methods of residential construction, along with proven strategies for providing the best sales and marketing services to builders.
